Its magnitude and diversity provide great opportunities for many different kind of events like conferences, shareholder meetings, exhibitions, concerts, etc.\u00a0The general d\u00e9cor and atmosphere is clean and smart, with a slight, but modern and charming Bavarian accent.<\/p>\n

Truly special is the spacious Ballhausforum.<\/strong> It can accommodate a large number of guests, either with flexible seating in the hall or in the fixed grandstands. The high ceiling allows for impressive stage constructions for keynotes, awards ceremonies or evening entertainment, with rigs for lighting, signage and decoration.<\/p>\n

We have arranged various evening events here for a large user conference over several years including: Oktoberfest games, fairground caravans with sweets and fun shooting galllery, a rock concert with custom-made motor bike exhibits, a casino evening, indoor e-cart-racing and an iPad magician show.<\/p>\n

The environment and space is open to so much and the on-site audio-visual team does a stellar job in creating the right atmosphere with fantastic lighting, audio and video.<\/p>\n

The Infinity Hotel gives a lot of scope for opportunities, is impressive and if the space and visuals are exploited it creates a memorable environment in any event.<\/p>\n
